And a Job Detail section where you can add “Jobs” (Activities
or Processes) and
•One or more Hazards (or Environmental Aspects) each with:
o Current Controls
o Consequences
o Severity Score (1-3 or 1-5)
o Likelihood Score (1-3 or 1-5)
o Risk Rating (calculated by the system)
o Justification
Click Add to add another hazard (aspect)/score and Save when you are finished with all the hazards/aspects for a particular Job.
Click Add Job to add another Job/Process/Activity.
Once complete the Assessment must be Approved by the approver (he/she will be emailed).
