An Audit Programme is a set of audits of a particular type to be carried out by one or more Auditors over the period of the Audit Plan.
Before you can add an Audit Programme there must be an existing Audit Plan and an existing Audit Type. |
To create an Audit Programme:
1. Click on Audit Programmes in the Views Menu.
2. Click on New Audit Programme.
3. Select an Audit Plan (year).
4. Select the Owner (the person who is responsible for the overall programme) from the dropdown list. This list is determined by Access Rights set up in the ADMIN Administration module.
5. Select an Audit Type (from the dropdown list of existing types – if none of these are appropriate you will need to add a new one).
6. Enter any other relevant information about the Audit Programme.
7. Select a review date using the Calendar Icon/Tool. This is the date the Audit Programme is due to be completed.
8. Save.
You can use the Search option on the Audit Programme page to find Audit Programmes. These can be filtered by Business Area, the Owner, Status and by whether they are open or closed.
