LAW: Create Profiles – this allows a selected user to create and edit legal profiles. Typically a Company will only have one or two users that can do this. Providing users have a licence for the LAW module they will be able to view legislation but only selected users can change the legal information.
LAW: Share Profiles – this allows a selected user to share the profiles created with other users so that they can be viewed but not changed. This role should be used in combination with the Create role above.
LAW: Select Profiles for Other Users - this allows a selected user to select the latest version of profiles created for other users so that they can be viewed. This role should be used in combination with the Create role above.
