Level 1 or 2 Users may refine the list of Checklists by marking certain ones as “Not Relevant” with a comment.
This is to cater for the situation where the option chosen in the profile may be applicable but where the actual legal requirements described in a particular Checklist are not.
Click on the Mark Not Relevant link, add a comment and save.
The items marked as Not Relevant may be displayed using the orange X button and a Checklist can be restored from this view by expanding the Checklist details and clicking on the Mark Relevant link. |
The orange folder shows those marked as not relevant – indicated by a broken link icon.
