Each piece of equipment has a unique ID number. Click on the ID number to view the details.
After you go to the DATA section and click on Equipment Records link you will be presented with a list of Equipment.

To search for Equipment click on the Display Search Criteria link at the top of the central panel.
You can filter the list by a number of criteria such as dates, description, service company, location, person responsible, etc. You can also sort the list and select the number of lines to be displayed on the page.

You can display a printable version using the link on the top right and jump straight to the ID if you know it. |
Alerts
If the email
notification is selected then the person responsible will be emailed alerts when
equipment services are due. The notification days in advance can be set to allow
time for training to be organised. The alert will also appear on the Start
page.
