Sort order of search results

By default all search results display the record ID numbers in descending order, the newest record (Highest record number) at the top of the table descending down to the oldest/ lowest number.

This rule applies to all tables across all modules.

Filtering of table headings

Column headings ‘ID’ and ‘Status’ can be filtered on the system. A filter icon is visible next to both headings, see below:

The ID column can be filtered from highest to lowest ID number and from lowest to highest ID number. By default the record ID’s display from highest to lowest ID numbers.

A user can select the filter icon located next to ID. Once selected the filter and the column will display in the colour of the module (i.e. Incident=Purple, Risk = Red, Audit = Green).

The below filter displays the ID numbers from lowest to highest.

If the filter is again selected the filter icon changes. The ID records then display ID numbers from highest to lowest.

A user can select the filter icon located next to status. Once selected the filter and the column will display in the colour of the module (i.e. Incident=Purple, Risk = Red, Audit = Green).

The below filter displays the ‘Status’ column text in alphabetical order.

If the filter is again selected the filter icon changes. The ‘Status’ column text then displays in reverse alphabetical order.
