The intention of this facility is to indicate whether all the waste you sent away on a particular shipment has been accounted for on “disposal notes” you have received back from waste vendors. This may typically take up to 6 months as certain shipments are held for consolidation with other wastes prior to being sent for disposal or recovery.
1. Open up the Waste Shipment by clicking on its ID in the Waste Shipment view screen.
2. Click on Reconcile.
3. Enter a Comment
4. Select whether the Reconciliation is Completed: No, or Yes - Successfully Reconciled, or Yes - Unsuccessfully Reconciled.
