The RISK module has two standard risk templates which allow multiple jobs, processes or activities, with multiple hazards or aspects, to be recorded under the same risk assessment in the same way you might do in a spreadsheet:
•Standard Environmental Multi Aspect Scoring.
•Standard H&S Multi Hazard Scoring.
Select one of these templates from the list that appears after you click Add Risk Assessment.
The assessment has two sections (Header and Jobs) and two steps (creation and approval).
