Relevancy & Evaluation of Compliance

 

Compliance Checklists are designed to allow you to demonstrate how you are complying with the various legal and other requirements associated with a particular piece of legislation.

 

Each Piece of Legislation shows the relevant Checklist Items (based on your Profile) linked to that piece of legislation.

 

 

Each Checklist Item allows customer specific information to be entered that describes:

 

      Why this specific item is relevant to your activities.

      What controls are in place to ensure compliance and who is responsible.

      How compliance is evaluated periodically.

 

 

You can also:

 

      Link or upload relevant supporting documents.

      Create tasks to close any gaps.

 

Users with the appropriate Access Rights can enter and edit the Relevance & Evaluation of Compliance entries directly from the Checklist view pages even if they do not own the Profile.
