Express Audit Types are based on a set of questions & checkboxes. They may be scheduled or ad-hoc. This type is typically used for workplace inspections (safety walkabouts) or for behavioural based safety.

The Express Audit Templates are pre-configured by SCANNELL. There are two standard templates available, one for behavioural audits and one for workplace inspections (safety walkabouts). |
To create and carry out an Express Audit:
Create an Audit Programme with an Express Audit Programme
Type. The Audit Programme Types page shows which Programmes are of which type.
Scheduled Audits will appear in your Workspace and you will also receive an email alert. Ad-hoc audits may be added as required against a programme using the Add Audit link.
Click Edit to carry out the Audit.
Complete the tick boxes or text boxes as appropriate and Save or
Save & Send for Review
Completed Audits may be Reviewed
and Preventative or Corrective Actions may be created.

A hard copy (printed) version of the form may be generated using the Hard Copy link. |
An express audit starts at 0% complete, when all questions are answered and saved the audit goes to 100% complete.
When the express audit is in status ‘In Progress’ a user has the ability to edit the audit details without impacting on the percent complete.
