Access rights determine what a user is allowed to see and do within each Module of SCANNELL. For example whether or not they can add or edit information on a particular page, whether they can see confidential information, whether they can set up or configure information, etc.
The Modules page shows the Users by each Module/Access right.
SCANNELL uses the concept of Access Levels to determine access rights for groups of Users rather than assigning individual access rights. There are certain exceptions (Assignable Access Rights) where more flexibility is required, for example confidentiality.
