Configuration of the Incident Module

 

It is possible for certain users to configure the Incident module in line with their specific requirements. This includes configuring:

 

      The information to be recorded for each Incident Type form – Accidents, Near Misses, etc.

      Incident sub-types.

      Cause categories and types in the Investigation section

      Reportees in the Investigation section.

 

 

If available these options will appear in the Activities Menu.

Only users with the relevant Access Right in ADMIN can carry out configuration.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The configuration fields are displayed below in red; Specify Incident Types, Specify Excel Layout, Specify Reportees, Specify Cause Types.
