To access SCANNELL you will need to have an Internet browser installed on your PC, for example Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Firefox.
SCANNELL uses features only available in Internet Explorer version 9+.
In desktop mode it works best with visual display screens that have a resolution better than 1074 x 768 pixels. If you do have such a screen use your browser settings to adjust the screen size to 75%.
At sizes less than 1074 x 768 pixels the system will go into “mobile mode” and display menus differently.
Type the relevant address (URL) in the address bar of your browser.
We will supply this to you unless the system is installed within your organisation in which case you need to obtain the correct address from your IS/IT Department or System Administrator.
